Nothing compares to the flavor of consommé and puff pastry. Making consommé must be necessary for every person interested in the culinary arts. I am interested in the culinary arts because I want to have a science for understanding how to cook.
Consommé is clarified broth. Broth can be served as soup. The flavor of stock is too weak to serve as soup. Flavor is added to stock using meat. Broth is clarified using meat, vegetables, and egg whites. This is a very impressive five star chicken pot pie.
