“A hybrid of three other citrus fruits – grapefruit, orange and tangerine = the UGLI has an uneven ‘craggy‘ skin that fits loosely around its juicy flesh.” The juice of an UGLI is not tart or sour, and the juice is not too sweet. Each section of the fruit contains a mouthful of juice. The juice is similar to a cold refreshing natural citrus flavored soft drink in a glass bottle.
