My ragù recipe in the blog post Whole Wheat Pappardelle With Vegetable Ragout continues to evolve. I used a roasting pan to roast my vegetables. I had to change my recipe. Bar Keepers Friend helped me to clean this roasting pan perfectly.

    1. The sauce is very flavorful. Crimini mushrooms and roasted garlic make the flavor meaty. Lots of squash makes the flavor pleasant. Eggplant and zucchini make the flavor exceptional. The sauce is very nutritious. Wine can change the flavor. Crushed fennel makes it exciting. The sauce is easy to make. 8)
