This is an easy dessert to make. Using sorbet or sherbet from a grocery store makes this dessert versatile. Since the gelatin did not cooperate when I made this, the mousse required more than 20 minutes to set. I am excited to make sorbet at home. I have a recipe. Supposedly, someone only has to put a coulis in the freezer and stir it often until the mixture is frozen to make sorbet.
