Cleaning A Steel Saucepan

Frying with my saucepan can create temperatures above 350°F/177°C. Boiling only creates temperatures around 212°F/100°C degrees. This must be part of the cause for why my saucepan is usually stained when I deep fry with it on my stove. This technique removes the stains quickly.
